Terms of service

What you agree to when you sign up and pay.

1. What the service is

Rahyar connects people planning to study abroad with Iranian students already enrolled at universities outside Iran. The advice given is personal experience. It is not legal, immigration or administrative counsel, and it creates no guarantee of admission, a visa or any other outcome.

2. How the money works

The session fee is collected at booking and held by the platform. You authorise the platform, as your agent, to pay the consultant's share once the session has taken place. This is not a deposit, it earns no interest, and there is no top-up wallet.

3. Confirmation, cancellation and refunds

  • The consultant has 24 hours to confirm a request; otherwise the booking is cancelled and refunded in full.
  • Applicants can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the session; after that the fee is not refundable.
  • Applicant no-show: the fee goes to the consultant. Consultant no-show: full refund plus a strike for the consultant.
  • Funds are released once both sides confirm, or 48 hours after the session if no problem is reported.
  • Refunds are processed within 72 working hours.

4. Contact privacy

Neither party's contact details are shared with the other before the session, and the session runs over a platform link.

5. Responsibilities

Users undertake to provide accurate information. Asking for or offering help to falsify documents is prohibited and leads to permanent suspension. Immigration decisions remain the applicant's own responsibility.
